This agreement will enable all members to land at any official landing. A huge step forward both in safety, and enabling that low save. How many times has a good day ended in a sled because a possible good thermal zone couldn’t be explored, because if unsuccessful it would leave you too far from the CVLY north landing or the 235 west landing? How many times have you hoped for a low save below the west launch, only to end up at the CVLY west emergency landing battling extreme turbulence and testing your precision landing skills? Some may see this as an expensive proposition. Not me. I see it as a meaningful step in the right direction toward opening up access to all of the infrastructure at Yamaska to all pilots.
